so i was starting my airbnb journey but found no clients because i had a 3 bedroom own compund house. So this guy comes and tells me hes from usa, an elderly man with a 20+ year old son. They book my house for 2 months for 30k a month. they said the wife ate all their money while they were working abroad but they were building a new one and will be complete in 2 months. i see 60k as a lot of money. but let me tell you the things they did to my house with young girls , the filth i had to clean on weekends. bedsheets with blood and condoms everywhere. 2 months later they refuse to pay or move out claiming its their house and i sold it to them. they said they have gold in the house and i did not dare enter because they could claim i stole it. i had to find an advocate and they were given 2 days to vacate. i spend 20 k on the advocate and 2k to "fuel police car" to evict them. forget the money but what they did to my house only God knows. never again guys, verification is a must even if you are paying in diamonds. i learnt my lesson the hard way. shar your experiences wacha tusafishe soko
